Sameer Vatsa - President & CEO

Sameer brings with him over 18 years of rich experience in sales,marketing,business development,strategic planning & consulting in IT,Telecom & Healthcare. Having started his career with HCL in 1990 he has held senior management roles with leading Indian & Multinational companies driving growth & increasing market share.

Before venturing out to establish Transindus Consulting, Sameer was Country Manager with M/s Intersystems, a US-based healthcare major, where his key responsibility areas included financial and operational performances as head of Operations - India. He established the business in the Indian sub continent and was instrumental in developing strategic and technological alliances.

Prior to Intersystems, Sameer has held positions with M/s Network Programs as Director Sales heading a business unit as well as sales and business development for India and major international markets and Senior Manager with Siemens responsible for Telecom solutions in India & Middle East. Sameer played a key role in winning major deals,securing key clients & forging crucial business and partner relationships in South and East Asia.

Sameer has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology,Karnataka in India.

 
Kennedy W. J. Lawrence-Vice-President Operations

Kennedy brings over 19 years of international experience in product development, business development, strategic implementation, customer engagement, professional and consulting services. Ken’s technical expertise includes Optical Networks, IP and Data Networks, Network Management, OSS and BSS.

Ken’s leadership in product quality and customer satisfaction features an unwavering focus on product, business and operational improvement. He has been instrumental in securing key customer accounts and increasing customer satisfaction. In addition to senior management roles at Nortel Networks, Ken has directed product verification for telecommunication startups: Innovance , Nakina Systems, and Atreus Networks.

Ken’s has consulted for companies including: Celestica, Heritage Brewing, Department of Foreign Affairs and Industry Canada, the Thai Embassy and Nakina Systems.

Ken earned a BSC in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Telfer School of Business,Ottawa University.

 
 
Anirban Mukhopadhyay-Director Financial Consulting

Anirban brings with him over 16 years of experience in Corporate & Strategic Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising/Debt Restructuring, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Valuations, Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Corporate Laws in Power, IT/ITES and F&B sector

He started his professional career with Ernst & Young as an audit assistant before moving on to the industry sector in areas of Corporate Finance . He spent over 8 years in the Power Sector working with reputed Indian Groups – RPG and Reliance ADAG Group .Subsequently he joined as the CFO of Network Programs , a software development company and Focus Brands, a company in F & B sector , both the companies being part of reputed industrial group, Jubilant Organosys.

His major achievement have been structuring and closing of the divestiture of Network Programs , conclusion of the acquisition of Focus Brands and significant fund mobilisation and effective capital structuring for Noida Power Company as well as Focus Brands..

Anirban is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta, in India.
